Coaching, Confidence, and Clean Products: Here’s the Truth
What I’ve Been Up To (and What I’m Bringing Back!)
Whew. Let me catch you up.
If you’ve followed me over the last few years — through career pivots, coaching launches, new babies, and a whole lot of life in between — you know that I’m a multi-passionate mom on a mission. These days, that means coaching women into their potential by day… and chasing two boys (with another on the way!) by night. And somewhere in there, cooking dinner, drinking greens, and occasionally remembering to wash my face.
(We call that balance, right?)
But today, I want to share something I’ve been quietly sitting with for the past few months — a decision I made after some real reflection. And if you’ve been in my world before (especially in my inbox or DMs), you’ve probably heard me talk about it…
I’m sharing Arbonne with intention, weaving it through life.
But not like before.
Why I Walked Away (Sort Of)
Last fall, I hit a crossroads. My coaching business was growing. My time and energy were maxed out. I was using my Arbonne discount, but I wasn’t consistently showing up for it — and it started to feel like something I “should” do, not something I was building with intention.
The truth?
I was afraid to really talk about it.
It felt like “selling” — and that made me freeze.
So I stepped back. I let go of the pressure. And for a while, I assumed I wouldn’t renew my consultant status this year.
But Then… Something Shifted
Fast forward to this summer: I’m 7 months pregnant, navigating my business with more clarity than ever before, and craving routines that support my body and brain.
That’s when I realized something: I never actually left Arbonne. I’ve been using the products consistently for years — through postpartum, pregnancy, coaching launches, speaking events, travel, all of it.
I’m not here to sell you shakes or serums.
I’m here to share what’s been real for me.
And when I looked at what’s helped me feel energized, nourished, and confident enough to show up — Arbonne was right there, every time.
Why Arbonne Now
Here’s the difference:
This isn’t about sales goals or parties or pretending I’m someone I’m not.
This is about alignment.
My coaching work is all about empowering women to feel confident, strong, and grounded in their choices. Arbonne supports that in the most practical ways — gut health routines that helped me during postpartum, fizz when I needed energy for back-to-back coaching calls, and skincare that made me feel good after a sleepless night with toddlers.
It’s not the main thing I offer — but it’s absolutely part of the life I lead.
And if something helps me feel better in my body and brain?
You know I’m going to share it.
What You Can Expect
So what does this mean?
I’ll be sending out occasional updates (like this one) with stories, not sales.
You’ll see me share tools that support energy, mindset, and confidence — and yes, sometimes that includes Arbonne.
If you’re curious about the products or have questions — I’m your girl.
I’m even working on a private blog space just for women in my world who want to blend wellness, self-leadership, and a little real-life chaos.
But most importantly, this is all still rooted in the same thing:
Helping you feel more capable, more clear, and more connected to yourself.
Whether that’s through a coaching session or a clean energy fizz, I’m here for it.
And I’m so glad you are too.
Talk soon (from a kitchen in Pittsburgh)
With gratitude and greens,
Brittany
